Organic mild semi-hard cheese. Made from the best demeter/organic milk from Luxembourg.
The cows at the Schanck-Haff are the lucky ones! Fed traditionally as back in time. Absolutely no silo feeding. According to the seasons:
- from spring to autumn, they graze on the pastures and eat fresh grass and aromatic herbs;
- in winter, they live loosely in spacious stalls with staw litter, and are mostly fed with hay, crushed grain, potatoes and carrots coming from Schank-Haff's own agriculture.
